After creating LIGHT ME UP and PROJECTO, REC is the last one for the neon series. This one is a neon hacker... REC's head is a monitor CCTV camera, and the main color for him is light blue. The proud praying gesture shows that he always watches everything happening. As for the cables hanging around, that's inspired by the poster of anime movie "GHOST IN THE SHELL (1995)".
