Urban Baltan

This character is based on Baltan(バルタン星人) from the Ultraman series. I tired to make it urban style.
First, I turn the iconic head into a helmet. For the outfit, I choose T-shirt, coach coat, jogger pants and streetwear skirt. As for the shoes, I picked tip boots to match the original foot feature. Last, the blaster is inspired by Star Lord's blaster because of its pincer-like shape.
